December Bunco and Cookie Exchange

Hey Gals,

December Bunco is at my house (Tara's). In lieu of a gift, please bring a plate of goodies. For those of you who aren't big bakers, I have listed some links to easy recipes and semi-homemade stuff and some no-bake treats.

It's going to be December 13 at 7 pm at my house.

November Bunco

Hey, hey ladies! I have heard back from about half of the ladies so Bunco will be on Thursday November 1. It is the day after Halloween, so hopefully no one will be partied out. It'll be fun!

Butternut Squash and Potaoe Soup

Butternut Squash and Potatoe Soup
1 stick butter
2 large butternut squashpeeled and cubed
4c. chicken broth
1/4tsp. pepper
1sm. block velveeta cheese
cubed
1pkg. frozen southern stylehash browns,
thawed
1c. sour cream
salt
Bring butter, broth, squash, and pepper to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer untill squash is tender. Cool slightly. Using beaters or a blender, puree squash mixture untill smooth. Bring back to boil, reduce heat and add hash browns and velveeta. Simmer untill potatoes are done. Stir in sour cream and salt to taste!

Hey ladies!

I am looking forward to seeing you on Thursday night, at 7:00. I live at the back of Meadow Vista on Meadow Mist Ln. in case you didn't know. Come hungry, we are having lemon chicken for dinner! Please let me know if you cannot make it. By the way, does anybody have a bell or a dinger of some sort we could use? Last time we used the pan and spoon and that worked fine --but I am afraid that if we banged on that it might wake up my son. Let me know if you have one! Thanks.

September Bunco

At the last Bunco we decided to try to get back on schedule and do Bunco every 2nd Thurs. So this months Bunco is at Melissa's house. Sept. 13th @ 7:00. Hope to see you there! Let us know if you can't make it.

Fun times!!

We had a great time tonight at Amber's house! Great gifts ladies!! We missed those who couldn't come and hope next month to see everyone. As you can see on the right side of the blog, we have a list of who has it for what month. There are still a few empty slots so for those of you who haven't signed up, leave a comment of what works best for you. For those who were there tonight it seemed the 2nd Thursday of every month worked best. We hope that works for everyone else. Let us know. Thanks.

Ok we finally have it figured out! :) Wed. August the 29th @ 7:00 @ Amber's house. Hope to see ya all there. Thanks to those who commented so we could figure out a good time to meet.

FYI

I was just informed that Creekside Enrichment is the 23rd. I will talk to Amber to see if it can be done the day before or we could reschedule it to the week after that which is the 29th or 30th. Please comment on what would work best. Thanks.

This webpage is just for that reason to answer those questions. Me(Katie) and Kasey thought it would be fun to create this, so when your wondering where it is and when you can just look it up on here. I will make it to where we can all get on and post.
